Putts and Pints 2015

Putts and Pints 2015Our whole business model is based on supporting local breweries and spreading craft beer culture. When it came time to plan a big event, it only made sense for us to do something that gave back to the community at large. The inaugural charity mini-golf tournament to raise money for The First Tee of Tampa Bay is scheduled for May 9th, 2015.

The Tournament

There are two ways to play in the tournament. Players can purchase individual tickets to compete for the singles title, or a group of four can sign up to compete for the team play title. There is a discount for teams of four when you buy your tickets online ahead of time, but you may form a team on the day of. Your team’s score is determined by the player with the best score on each hole.

The course will feature 18 holes with 6 local beer stations set up between every three holes. The first round starts at noon, the tournament will be followed by an awards ceremony and raffles.

Also at the event

In addition to the mini golf tournament, there will be a 50 foot long putt challenge for a chance to win a cash grand prize. We’ll also have food trucks, music, and additional beer for purchase. The 19th hole will include a tent with the PGA Players Championship airing on TV.

Each player ticket includes a round of mini golf, a free pint, and up to (6) 4 oz samples on the course. We are also offering general admission tickets that will include a free pint and full access to the event if you just want to hang out for the party. We’re offering $15 off every ticket with our early bird special while supplies last.
