Saltwater Brewery Added as a Departure Hub in South Florida
You spoke and we listened. Since The Brew Bus - South Florida launched in February, all of our public tours have used Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park as the starting and ending point. The beer scene here has grown (and spread) so much that we needed to add another departure location a half hour north in Delray Beach.

The citrus and pine characteristics of Last Stop make it an awesome food beer. It goes great with light fare like fish tacos or spicy items like Thai food or chicken wings. It also makes a great addition to a lot of recipes. Most beer batter recipes call for cheap beer but in the Brew Bus kitchen we don't believe in cooking with beer we wouldn't drink on its own. Try this IPA-battered asparagus recipe with a cilantro-lime dipping sauce.

Maybe we're a little biased, but we love craft beer in cans. We see it as the future go-to for beer across world. They can go anywhere, get cold in minutes, keep the beer sheltered from light, stack easily for shipping/storing, and won't shatter if you it drop it. When it came to selecting our own packaging, cans were an easy choice.
